These are the most frequently asked questions about pricing.
No. For as long as you remain subscribed, we will honor the monthly or annual price from your initial order. Our prices may change for new clients as our costs change. If our prices go down, we'll lower your rate accordingly.
No, almost always.
Here are the few exceptions:
- if you choose to use the optional Mailchimp email service, you will need a separate account with them.
- If you choose to use Stripe for donations with a "Beginnings" account, our component provider will add a 2% fee (PayPal has no added fee)
Generally not. In most cases, a single license, as would be required, for the one or two features would cost more than the price difference of the levels.
It means as long as you choose one of our themes and you or we use our standard setup forms and import tools, there will be no setup fees. If your requirements far exceed our normal services, we'll let you know and offer you a very fair cost for the extra work. If you choose to use one of our 3rd party design partners, you will need to pay them.
Just let us know. If upgrading, we'll make the change as soon as possible and pro-rate your charges accordingly. If downgrading, we'll make the change when your next payment becomes due.
Just let us know. We'll export all of your data for you. We'll tell you what components you would need to largely maintain your current level of functionality. You will lose our added connectivity functionality. Annual single license fees will cost you several times what we charge and you will also need hosting and likely someone to maintain your site.
